Things You Need to Know

We founded Dharohar Aroma with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. SHIPPING POLICY

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Noida Ghaziabad. Your order should be delivered within 3 to 4 days locally in India. For international orders, you should expect it from 5 to 6 business days​

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATION

1.  We will refund in the form of store credit. Replace products that have a defect, are damaged or do not match the order placed.
Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of the product at dharoharstore@gmail.com to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your 
replacement or store credit.

2. For product replacements due to damage/defect, the product replaced will be the same as mentioned in the original order.

3. We don't accept any returns or cancellations, once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer or any other concerned person.
